Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you’re barred under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
- Send harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent messages.
- Target minors or any protected category with the Service.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a rate that materially impacts other users.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that materially breach this policy, immediately and without notice when harm is ongoing.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
Fees and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued operation would expose us to legal risk.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated output; you are responsible for reviewing content before sending it to recipients.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camua’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product banner at least 7 days before taking effect.
